Frequently Asked Questions

Am I eligible for veteran nursing services?

Eligibility generally applies to Australian veterans and war widows/widowers with a DVA Gold Card, or a White Card for specific service-related conditions. We can help you check your status during your initial enquiry.

What clinical nursing services do you provide at home?

Our registered nurses provide a wide range of clinical care, including wound management, medication administration, chronic disease monitoring, post-operative care, and palliative support, all within the comfort of your home.

Is the cost covered by the DVA?

Yes, for eligible veterans, these community nursing services are fully funded by the Department of Veterans' Affairs, meaning there are no out-of-pocket expenses for your clinically necessary care.

How often will a nurse visit my home?

Visit frequency is based entirely on your individual clinical needs determined during our initial nursing assessment. This can range from daily visits for acute care to weekly check-ins for health maintenance.

How do I start the enquiry process?

You can call us directly on 0409 273 404 or fill out our online enquiry form. We will guide you through the next steps, including arranging a GP referral if necessary and conducting a home assessment.
